“Your mind – your strength”

An information and education campaign entitled “Your mind – your strength” has been launched at the University of Warsaw. The aim of the initiative is to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and promote well-being among the entire academic community. The campaign is being carried out by the University of Warsaw Psychological Support Center.

 

The University of Warsaw has launched an information and education campaign promoting mental health. The initiative, entitled “Your mind – your strength,” is addressed atthe entire academic community. It draws attention to the importance of caring for mental health, building awareness of prevention, and reinforcing the belief that each of us can influence on our well-being, emotions, and inner balance.

As part of the campaign, the University of Warsaw community can take part in two free workshops: From tension to calm – practical strategies for coping with anxiety and Strengthen your mental resilience – practical ways to build well-being and cope with everyday challenges. A series of videos and educational materials, including a guide, have also been prepared and will be distributed through UW channels and made available in print.

All members of the academic community – students, doctoral students, and employees of the University of Warsaw – can access suport fromthe UW Psychological Support Center and the helpline: +48 22 55 24 424.
